These guys are always fantastic!!! Very punctual (I’m talking if they give you a noon-2pm arrival time, every time they’ve arrived at noon on the DOT, and one time even a little early, with a phone call first of course), and very courteous and knowledgeable. Tanner Adams did a great job diagnosing and fixing a blocked up underground rain drain for me, and Jed Ramirez, Joe Potter and Hunter have all been wonderful in various kitchen/bathroom repairs and replacements. Hunter has been to my house several times and is so kind and personable. Thanks for being so sweet about offering for me to let my dog out! She was very excited. And thanks for offering to take my old sink faucet with you guys for disposal. You guys rock!

We had a catastrophic plumbing incident occur Monday at midnight. We called PPR Tuesday late morning, Jim showed up at 1 pm that day and alleviated our problem to get us by until he could come back and fix it the following day. Our plumbing is now running smoothly and efficiently. Jim helped us to minimize the cost by locating where the problem was and instructing my husband to dig down and open up the access point so that when Jim came back he just snaked it to remove the large obstruction. We are very pleased with the excellent work done and the professional manner it in which it was performed. I would highly recommend PPR.

I've been more than satisfied with Pacific Plumbing and Rooter across multiple service calls for various issues in our old house. With each call, the technicians (as well as office staff) have been friendly, quick, communicative, and thorough. I had the drain line to our septic tank clogged and causing some backups and gurgling in the toilets. Tanner Adams came over and was efficient and professional. He was able to use a camera snake to clear the plug up and verify good water flow. He used a screen around the snake reel to avoid splashing yucky water on our house which previous plumbers had done. He did a great job all around and got us running again quickly.
